International Animation Challenge 2024 Presentation

November 2nd from 2:30 to 3:10pm at the ArtScience Cinema

The International Animation Challenge (IAC) 2024 brought together talented students and professionals from renowned institutions worldwide to celebrate creativity and innovation in animation. Participants collaborated to create a chained animation, where individual segments were seamlessly connected to form a cohesive final film.

Watching the completed animation unfold was a unique and exciting experience, showcasing diverse styles and storytelling techniques from around the world. The event also featured workshops and panel discussions, providing valuable learning and networking opportunities for all involved.

48 animation students from multiple countries were divided into 12 international teams and given less than two weeks to collaborate on a chained animation project.

IAC 2024 took place in Singapore from 19-30 August, with participation from 8 universities across Asia and Europe.
